Damaged or Wrong Product Returns

IN CASE YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED WHEELS:

All wheels are fully inspected and no defects are likely to be found, however you may want to return wheels that may be damaged during shipping (although we double box all wheels to fully protect them from being damaged by the carriers).

All wheels come in a plastic bag which is required in order to prevent scuffing that otherwise may be caused by the wheel rubbing against a protective cardboard or even the shipping box itself.

Damaged goods must be reported to us by Email or Fax message (fax number is 1-909-433-9099) within 05 days from the date that your order is delivered to you, so we may submit relevant claims to the corresponding carrier that is ultimately responsible for the integrity of the shipments (full original packaging must be saved for inspection by both the carrier and us - without original packaging there is no way for us or the carrier to determine if the damage was caused during transit or after the products were delivered to the customers - as a result, if a customer fails to keep the original packaging material, no damage claims may be submitted / honored).

We will then request the carrier (UPS / FEDEX / US Postal Service / California Overnight or others) to pickup the damaged product (s) from you for inspection.

After they inspect the damaged product (s) and confirm to us that they are at fault, they will settle our insurance claim.

At that point we will be able to replace the product to the customer.

IN CASE YOU RECEIVE WRONG PRODUCTS :

All products are fully inspected by us prior to shipping. Our inspection includes wheel size, style, finish, lug-pattern, offset and center bore (to ensure that the products shipped to you are in full accordance with your order).

In the unlikely event that one or more items you receive is (are) not in accordance with your order,we will assign you an *RGA number (*Return Goods Authorization).

After we give you the pertaining "RGA" number, we will *Call-Tag the item (s). This means that we will send you a form issued by the carrier that will allow you to send us the product back without you having to pay for the freight. The carrier would bill us for the freight in such cases.

The returned product must be PROPERLY PACKAGED (wheels are required to be in a sealed plastic bag and are to be double boxed for best protection and wheels with tires mounted on them must be protected by double pieces of foam and card board squares on both sides, and wrapped with plastic or stretch film).

All return shipments must also be INSURED for its full value, in case there is damage in transit and an INSURANCE CLAIM with the carrier is required.

Once we receive the product back into our warehouse, we will inspect it to determine proper action to be followed, either by sending you a replacement product (s) or by refunding you the corresponding amount in the same way you originally paid for the order.

IN CASE YOU RECEIVE WHEELS THAT ARE INTACT (NOT DAMAGED WHILE IN ROUTE TO YOU) BUT WITH SOME KIND OF VISIBLE FINISH MANUFACTURING DEFFECTS:

All wheels are fully inspected by us prior to shipping.

In rare occasions, a chrome wheel may develop a bubble or may start peeling after a few weeks it is finished by the manufacturer. In such cases, it is possible that at the time of our inspection (prior to shipping), the wheel is pefect but in just a few days after (while in transit to customer for instance) it may develop a chrome deffect.

The flaw must be on the face of the wheel, or on the spokes or lip area for a wheel to be considered deffective (if the chrome flaw is on the backside of the wheel or on the area where the tire seats, chrome blemishes are considered normal and in such cases the manufacturer's warranty may not apply).

If the wheel is actually deffective, please follow the instructions as stated on the WARRANTY INFORMATION section of this website.



PAINTED WHEELS: The paint finish in most aftermarket wheels is of good commercial quality. While technically correct, some imperfections may show on the surface of the wheels and are not considered blemishes. A defective paint finish would be considered a part in which some face, spokes or lip areas are not covered by the paint. Uneven surfaces are not considered blemishes when they are protected / covered by the paint coating.

RETURNED GOODS RESTOCKING FEES:

In the event that upon receiving your wheels you change your mind about keeping them for any reason, you may return your order observing the following guidelines:

Returned wheels that have not been mounted on tires and that are in perfect saleable condition including original packaging will qualify for 75% credit excluding freight costs (if returned with respective *RGA and within 05 days from the date of receipt).

(Wheel & tire packages restocking fee is 50% excluding freight costs)

Important: The FREE SHIPPING offer is valid only in cases when customer keeps the product and does not return it for warranty claim or for order cancellation. In such cases customers will be charged actual shipping costs associated with the original shipment to their respective addresses at current FEDEX Ground Service published rates.
